You're Watching, Worrying, & Wondering Why

Feeling overwhelmed when your child is struggling emotionally, academically, or behaviorally is completely natural. If you've been trying to figure this out for a while or just got a call from school last week, the uncertainty is hard.

You don’t want to wait and see. And you don’t want to try random strategies to see if they might work. Clear answers are available and allow you to give your child the support they need.

What Clarity Feels Like

After an evaluation, most families describe feeling relieved and empowered.

When you know what your child is experiencing and why, it opens doors to the exact supports they need to make real progress. You stop guessing. You have a personalized plan with actionable recommendations and trusted referrals. And your child has a parent who understands the nuances of their learning, development, and emotional health.

The Highest Standard of Care

Doctoral-level psychologists, from the first session to the final report:

Dr. Liliya Webb, PsyD, and Dr. Marisol Beaulac, PsyD, both hold doctorate degrees in clinical psychology, the highest level of training in the field. Neither of them hands your child off to a technician or an intern. The same psychologist who spends 5-7 hours testing your child is also the one reading the results, writing the report, and sitting down with you at the end.

Dr. Liliya Webb, PsyD

Dr. Webb founded Webb Psychological Services to give families something she saw was missing: thorough, unhurried evaluations done by a psychologist who takes the time to understand the full picture. She holds a doctorate in clinical psychology from George Fox University, trained in schools, clinics, and hospitals across the Pacific Northwest, and specializes in assessments for ADHD, autism, learning differences, and twice-exceptional learners.

Dr. Marisol Beaulac, PsyD

Dr. Beaulac joined Webb Psychological Services in 2025 because she believes a good evaluation does more than measure a child's abilities. It has to account for the family and cultural context those abilities exist within. She holds a doctorate in clinical psychology from Pacific University and trained across community mental health centers, university counseling centers, and non-profit organizations, with particular experience supporting Latino families. She provides services in English and Spanish.

Comprehensive Evaluations & Therapy

  • ADHD Testing

We assess how your child pays attention, manages impulses, and organizes their thinking to determine whether ADHD is part of the picture and what support would be helpful.

  • Learning Differences Evaluations

If your child is working hard but still falling behind in reading, writing, or math, we can find out exactly why and what to do about it.

  • Twice Exceptional & Gifted Evaluations

For children who are gifted and struggling at the same time, these evaluations see the full picture rather than just one side.

  • Autism Testing

A thorough evaluation that looks at how your child connects with others, processes the world around them, and where they might need support.

  • Testing Accommodations Evaluations

If you or your child needs extra time or other accommodations on standardized tests, we provide the documentation that schools and testing organizations require.

  • Independent Educational Evaluations (IEE)

If you disagree with your school district's evaluation of your child, you may have the right to an independent one.

  • Psychoeducational Evaluations

A broad evaluation that looks at how your child's brain is developing and how that affects their learning, behavior, and daily functioning.

  • Psychological Evaluations

A comprehensive look at your child's emotional, behavioral, and cognitive functioning to understand what's driving their challenges.

  • Therapy Services

Supportive, one-on-one therapy that helps children and adolescents understand themselves better, build resilience, and work through whatever they're facing.

How It Works

Free 15-Minute Call

We start with a brief phone conversation to hear what's going on with your child and answer your questions. No forms, no commitment. If it feels like a good fit, we'll talk about next steps from there.

The Evaluation

We begin with a 60-90 minute parent intake to learn your child's full history and what you're hoping to understand. From there, your child works directly with one of our psychologists over two to three testing sessions, totaling about 5-7 hours, at a pace that works for them. We also gather input from teachers and caregivers, so we can see the full picture.

Answers You Can Use

A few weeks after testing, we sit down with you to walk through what we found, in plain language. Within 48 hours, you'll receive a written report with specific recommendations you can bring to your child's school, therapist, or pediatrician. You’ll receive a personalized plan with specific recommendations and referrals to providers who can help.

Fees and Insurance

Webb is an out-of-network provider. Insurance companies often control which tests can be administered and how long an evaluation takes, limiting what's possible. Staying out-of-network means we can take the time your child's evaluation actually requires.

We provide a Statement of Services you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Comprehensive Evaluations

Comprehensive evaluations are $4,200 and cover parent intake, testing, interpretation, records review, and the feedback appointment. Each evaluation involves between 22 and 35 hours of total work, much of which happens behind the scenes after your child's testing sessions are complete.
