Careers at Webb Psychological Services
Camas & Tigard

A concierge pediatric practice with offices in Camas, WA and Tigard, OR, serving individuals six years of age and older. We’re always glad to connect with caring, evidence-based clinicians.

About the Practice

We specialize in comprehensive neurodevelopmental and neuropsychological evaluations. Common referral questions include ADHD, giftedness, learning disorders, executive functioning, autism, and mood. Many of the families we see come to us through area private schools, which refer to us regularly.

Our philosophy centers on understanding the whole child rather than assigning a diagnosis and moving on. Families often arrive after other supports have not worked, and they leave with a clearer picture of how their child learns, thinks, and engages, along with practical recommendations they can bring to school and home.

What It’s Like to
Work Here

We are small and close-knit. You choose how many cases you take and when, including daytime, evening, or weekend scheduling. If you want to grow into therapy or parent-guidance work over time, there is room for that.

We handle the infrastructure:

  • Two fully furnished offices in Camas and Tigard

  • A complete test library and all testing materials

  • Administrative and scheduling support

  • Ongoing consultation and support, including access to a neuropsychologist if desired

This is a good fit for a psychologist who wants the depth of assessment work without the overhead of building a business.

Positions We’re Hiring For

Contract Testing Psychologist

Part-time / 1099 • Tigard, OR and Camas, WA • Gradual start, Fall 2026

The role

This position is designed for a licensed psychologist who may already have a primary position and would enjoy taking on a small number of assessment cases each month. It is a fully turnkey arrangement: you bring the clinical skill, and we handle everything else.

We are looking for a psychologist who is ready to slow down and take the time it takes to see the whole child. Our evaluations typically involve spending at least three hours with parents and more than six hours one-on-one with the child. Apart from that in-person testing, most of the work, including scoring, report writing, and feedback sessions, can be done remotely. This is work for someone who takes pride in thorough, readable reports and connects warmly with families.

What you would do

  • Conduct virtual clinical interviews with parents

  • Select, administer (in person), and score assessment measures

  • Interpret results and formulate diagnostic impressions

  • Provide thorough, clear, parent-accessible written reports

  • Deliver virtual feedback sessions to families

  • Take on child therapy and parent-guidance work, only if desired

What we are looking for

  • Doctoral degree in psychology and licensure as a psychologist in Oregon (Washington licensure is a welcome growth path into our Camas office over time, but is not required)

  • Training in psychological and neurodevelopmental assessment

  • Strong, accessible report writing and the ability to work independently

  • Comfort with roughly one to two evaluations per month, with genuine flexibility on scheduling

Early career psychologists are strongly encouraged to apply. We are also happy to connect with psychologists completing their post doctoral/residency and are eager to grow in assessment skills.

Compensation

Competitive per-evaluation compensation with a generous fee split, discussed during our first conversation.
